The school maintains excellent Physics, Chemistry and Biology laboratories. The laboratories are spacious, well planned and fully equipped with the latest facilities and apparatus, providing ample opportunities to the students to do practical work.

Library is the mirror of any educational institute. The library in the school is a veritable treasure house of books. Every student and teacher of the institute automatically derives access to the library. The library has books galore ranging from small kids collection and simple story books to great classics. It is well stoked with all sort of subject books, encyclopaedias, dictionaries, etc. along with the reference books for the teachers.

The institute has excellent arrangement for imparting training to children in different forms of art and music. Our art and music rooms are well equipped to provide the student most congenial environment to learn and to exploit their artistic and potential to the maximum. All efforts are made up to help the student to achieve the highest level of proficiency in these fields.

A qualified nurse has been appointed by the school to attend to the students who fall sick or hurt themself during school hours. The school organsizes an annual medical check up for all student. Any deficiency or problem is brought to the notice of the parents for care and treatment. The required medicines for emergency treatment of childrens are always in stock

We take proper care of the physical development of our students. Games and sports form an integral part of our school programme at all levels. The school has proper arrangements to provide opportunities of its students for playing a number of games such as Hockey, Basketball, Kho-Kho, badminton, Table Tennis, Carrom-Board, Athletics and Skating. Inter-house competitions in various events are regularly held and our students also participate in Inter-School competitions. Mass PT is held every day after the assembly.

Ideally, a child’s education does not end at school, but continues at home and in the playground. However, it is not always easy for a school to keep parents/guardians in the loop, especially when both parents are working, cases of single parents, and so on. In September 2010, GNPS Pitampura overcame this hurdle by implementing ‘iguardian’ – a software solution which keeps a track of every child’s activities and performance at school and communicates the same to parents through mobile messaging service (SMS) and email. In turn, parents don’t have to wait for the monthly parents-teachers meet; they can simply access information, such as attendance, assignments, achievements and exam results, by sending an SMS to the school.

Teachers, students and parents can also interactively generated graphical report cards and review the child’s academic performance over the year(s). With iguardian, GNPS has been able to significantly increase parents’ participation and now they can effectively work with their child and his/her teachers towards taking the right decisions about  the child’s future.
